Special Interest Groups

MONTHLY BOOK CLUB:   Monday 12.00 – 1.00 pm  AUDITORIUM
Coordinator: Nancy Harman

Monday   Feb 5    –  “The Ministry of Utmost Happiness”,  Arundhati Roy

Monday   Mar 5   –  Various Titles,  Christina Stead

Monday   Mar 26-  “Our Souls at Night”, Kent Haruf

We had decided to read some of the classics this year and Christina Stead’s books are considered to be classics of Australian literature.  As there are insufficient copies of any single book I am suggesting we each choose one to read and discuss.  I have a copy of “For Love Alone” which I shall read and lend to anyone who wishes to read that book.
